Red Seal Development Corp. was planning to build an upscale townhome community on 27th Ave in Nashville, TN. There will be 23 units ranging in price from the high 500’s to 700+. We were tasked to design and develop a community brand and integrated marketing campaign that positions AXIS27 above the competition as the best value in luxury architecture, style and value– as the NEW STANDARD in new home construction in the Greater Nashville housing market.
Our integrated campaign ran for just over nine months from December 2018—September 2019. The buzz, imagery and tone created for our target demographics resonated well and attracted single-family homebuyers as well as many investors. The investment community quickly realized the property was zoned to allow for short-term rentals (STRP). Pre-construction sales sold out quickly in the fast-paced Nashville real estate market.
